Another new geocoin today:
New Year 2010, sending the old out, and bringing in the new. But, not without a fight! hehe

New geocoin...U-Turns
In the midst of getting ready for the Paris, AR trip, I had a literal TON of things to do before I could leave, and that included checking the mail. In there today was a Black Nickle U-Turns geocoin! :D I've done a lot of u-turns in my year and half of geocaching. grins
I'll post about the trip once I get home. Maybe. lol

New geocoins...Apollo & FTF Snowman
Only two but, they're really cool. = )
Odyssey Voyager Trojan Horse - Painted Apollo.
And not the best picture but, here's the Geocoin and Pin Club January 2010, also known as FTF Snowman. It has a matching hat pin to go with.

What does 400 geocoins look like ?
Ok, so I know I haven't been making posts like I said I would, or at least like I wanted to...
My Oldsmobile died Christmas Eve morn', then we bought a new(er) car on the 30th, then James agreed that I could take one last trip on the 9th to go to a geocaching event in Paris.
No, not Paris, France. I wish. LOL Paris, Arkansas.
Anyway, I just started getting my geocoin collection sorted so I can get the binders set up to display at the event for other geocachers to look through the collection. It took me about an hour to take most of them out of the binders and remove all the tape from the plastic sheets they were in. Now the geocoins are just sitting all over my table in a pile, waiting for me to get the oomph to start sorting them into themes, sets, etc.
So the thought came to me: now THAT's what 400 geocoins looks like...
They're all piled on top of each other, so you can't really see them all but, yeah. That's nearly 400 geocoins. All are activated. And another 30 or so in the baggy at the top of the picture, for trading.
